The basics of objective gait analysis

The Large Animal Teaching Hospital at the University of Copenhagen is proud to announce this course on objective gait analysis. With the explosive advent and increased use of various objective gait analysis systems in equine practice, it becomes increasingly important for the equine practitioner to understand how these systems works, what they can do and also what the shortcomings and pitfalls of these systems are.

Marie Rhodin has worked intensively with all aspects of objective gait analysis over the last 15 years and been part of the development of both Q-Horse from Qualisys and Sleip. Emma Persson-Sjödin has been an integrated part of Dr. Rhodins group for many years, and together they are some of the most qualified persons to teach this subject to equine practitioners. During the course, the participants will get a deeper understanding of how these systems works and how to implement them in the best possible way in their daily practice.
