Complaints

We hope you have been satisfied with the treatment that your horse has received at the Large Animal Teaching Hospital. However, there may be situations when you disagree with a decision of the University Hospital staff or are dissatisfied with the treatment.

In this case we ask you to contact the Large Animals Teaching Hospital again to resolve the dispute.

If we fail to come to agreement, you can get more information and see the possibilities of appeal at the Danish Veterinary Association website (only in Danish).
